Crock Pot Pot Roast Recipe
This is great if you just want to set it up you just leave it alone. And it always turns out great!
Ingredients:
5 1/2 lbs. pot roast
2 (10.75 oz.) cans Cream of Mushroom Soup, condensed
1 (1 oz.) package Dry Onion Soup mix
1 1/4 cups Water
Directions:
In a slow cooker or crock pot, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, the dry onion soup mix and the water. Then add the pot roast to the slow cooker and coat the meat with the soup mixture.
Cook on the High setting for 3 to 4 hours, or on the Low setting for 8 to 9 hours.
